Interior Doors

Built to Install Cleanly— And Read as One Design Language

Interior doors do more than close a room—they set proportion, rhythm, and feel. Our Masonite and MDF interior doors are engineered to align with your trim vocabulary, so reveals are consistent and profiles read as one across the home. Because we manufacture regionally and control the workflow—from knife grinding to prehang to packaging—you get real delivery windows, tight tolerances, and jobsite-ready bundles that accelerate installation.

Pre-Hung Interior Doors— Speed Without Compromise

Our pre-hung interior doors arrive ready to set: jambs sized to wall thickness, hinge backset and locations to spec, stops and strikes aligned, and swing verified on the floor. The result is less shim-chasing, faster casing, and fewer callbacks after paint. Choose single swing, double, pocket, barn, or bifold systems; we’ll coordinate hardware prep and clearances so the door package matches your install sequence.

Door Constructions & Cores

Solid Wood Interior Doors

Authentic weight and tactile warmth. Popular in stain-grade maple, oak, walnut, and cherry. Rails, stiles, and panels are selected for color/grain continuity; moisture is tuned for interior conditions so seams stay tight and lines stay crisp.

Engineered/Stave Core

Ideal for stability on tall doors or modern profiles. Engineered cores reduce seasonal movement while preserving a solid feel and clean edges for paint or stain.

MDF Interior Doors

Paint-grade precision. Smooth faces and knife-true edges yield crisp profiles and minimal telegraphing—perfect for contemporary sets and high-traffic areas.

Styles We Build (Scaled to the Room)

Shaker & Craftsman

Clean, square edges with proportional rails/stiles that hold scale across doors of different heights. Pair with Shaker cabinets and square-edge casing for a unified look.

Traditional & Raised Panel

Classic depth with molded panel detail. We echo your base/crown language so paneled doors feel like part of the architecture—not an add-on.

Modern & Slab

Minimal faces with subtle edge breaks. Works well with full-overlay cabinetry and streamlined hardware.

Glass/Lite Doors

1-lite to multi-lite with clear, frosted, or decorative options. Great for pantries, offices, and hallways that need borrowed light while maintaining privacy.

Specialty & Arched

Arched tops, beadboard panels, V-groove planks, louvered options, and custom sticking profiles. Provide inspiration or a sample; we’ll match and archive the spec for future phases.

Jambs, Hinges, and Hardware Prep— Done Right

We machine hinge locations, latch/strike, and bore patterns to your hardware schedule. Jambs are sized to finish wall thickness, with options for split jambs, adjustable kerf weatherstrip (for specialty areas), and integrated silencers. We verify swing, reveal, and latch engagement before anything is wrapped—so the set performs on day one.

Kiln-Dried Stability

interior doors
Paint-Grade Systems Poplar jambs with MDF faces and stable panels for crisp paint lines after HVAC startup. Edges are sanded to finish-ready grit; stops are set to avoid telegraphing.
Stain-Grade Systems Maple and oak are most requested; walnut and cherry by request. We balance figure and color, treat end grain carefully, and maintain knife-true detail so the finish lays even.
Kiln-Dried Stability As a kiln-focused manufacturer, we target interior moisture ranges typical of our markets. Stable stock plus controlled feed rates produce finish-grade surfaces that resist seasonal gaps and checks.

3) Estimate & Dates

Transparent pricing and realistic delivery windows you can build around; alternates suggested where they protect timeline and look.
