Styles We Build (Scaled Correctly)

Shaker Cabinet Doors

Timeless, clean, and adaptable. We keep rail/stile widths and panel reveals consistent across base, wall, and tall units so long runs stay balanced. Choose square or eased outer edges and flat or micro-beveled panel details for subtle shadow lines.

Slab Doors

Modern and minimal. Stable cores and crisp edges keep long faces straight and paint lines sharp. Ideal for contemporary kitchens, laundry rooms, and mudrooms that need wipe-clean simplicity.

Raised-Panel Doors

Classic depth with framed definition. We proportion the panel field and rail/stile widths to ceiling height and appliance scale, echoing your casing or crown vocabulary for a cohesive room.

Glass-Ready & Accent Doors

Clear, ribbed, seeded, or patterned glass preps; mullion layouts with matched edge profiles; and metal mesh options. Accent doors lighten uppers, hutches, and bar nooks without breaking the design language.

Inset vs. Overlay— Your Call, Our Quality

Inset offers furniture-like precision with tight gaps; overlay provides coverage and a softer read. We machine to your hardware brand, verify hinge cup locations and boring patterns, and confirm reveals. Whether you choose inset, partial overlay, or full overlay, the goal is the same: custom cabinet doors that hang true, close cleanly, and keep reveals consistent across the run.

Species, Cores & Finishes That Hold Up

Paint-Grade Precision

Poplar/MDF combinations place each material where it performs best—crisp frame edges, stable panels, and smooth faces that finish cleanly with minimal telegraphing. Edges are sanded to finish-ready grit so primer lays flat and corners stay sharp.

Stain-Grade Warmth

Maple and oak are our standards; walnut and cherry available by request. We select boards for color and grain continuity, orient rift/plain-sawn faces thoughtfully, and prep corners to take stain evenly. Knife-true edges preserve profile detail for a refined hand-feel.

Kiln-Dried Stability

As a kiln-focused manufacturer, we tune moisture programs to interior conditions in our markets. Stable stock helps doors stay flat, joints stay tight, and paint lines remain clean season after season—critical for both replacement cabinet doors and new sets.

Edge Profiles, Panels & Useful Details

A Simple, Predictable Process (Custom or Replacement)

1) Consult & Measure

Share drawings, hinge brand/cup, overlay or inset targets, finish goals, and dates. We align on edge language, glass preps, special heights, and appliance panels.

2) Design & Takeoff

We translate elevations into door/drawer-front counts, proportion rail/stile widths, and flag special items like spice pullouts or paneled ends.

3) Estimate & Dates

Transparent pricing with realistic delivery windows you can build around. When schedules are tight, we’ll suggest value-preserving alternates that keep the look—and the date.

4) Production & QC

Precision milling, assembly, and panel-fit checks; boring and hinge cups per spec; edges inspected for finish readiness. Flatness and reveal targets are verified; a first-article sample can be retained for phase repeatability.

5) Delivery & Support

Your order is delivered direct to jobsite and your PM is available for clarifications, hardware tweaks, or small fills.
